The Reigate School of Ballet & Commercial Dance are always looking for qualified teachers and/or performers who can inspire and nurture their children.

With over 1000 children, RSB can offer dance teachers flexible and block teaching jobs with an excellent rate of pay. The school is renowned for its teaching throughout Reigate, Rehdill and the surrounding areas, and pupils travel as far out as Horley, Banstead, Dorking, South West London and even Woking.

Our dance school (established in 1963), has a long tradition of ballet and commercial training, and we encourage everyone to enjoy their dancing. The school won the UK 'Dance School of the Year 2018/2019' award recently, and this is all down to our hard working team. Some of our dance teachers work for us full time, while others do a 1 or 2 day teaching commitment to fit around other commitments or family.

CURRENT POSITIONS

​

1. MUSICAL THEATRE (dance) TEACHER - Saturdays 3 hrs

​

We are currently looking for an experienced and talented musical theatre teacher to teach our senior division on Saturday mornings in the centre of Reigate from 9.00 - 12.00. Excellent rate of pay and you will be part of a friendly and supportive group. Previous experience working with children advisable - some of the students take extra dance classes with the main school. Full DBS is required - the hall is in the town centre 5 mins walk from Reigate train station, but there is parking on site for those who drive.

Preparing children for annual shows and local performances will be part of your job profile, along with good choreographic skills.

2. ACRO DANCE TEACHER - Mondays 4 hrs

We are currently looking for bright friendly and experience with Acrobatics and acro dance - knowledge of teaching Acrotrix or Acro Arts or gymnastic background alongside dance would be beneficial.

3. STREET / CONTEMPORARY / SOME BALLET - Wed 3.5 hrs

We are currently looking for bright friendly and creative teacher to teach street dance and contemporary (up to ages 18) and ballet (Pre-Primary & Primary only)
